This software has significantly improved our appointment scheduling. The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for staff who aren't tech-savvy. Client management is much more efficient now, and the automated reminders have reduced no-shows considerably. However, the reporting features could use some enhancement. Generating custom reports requires a few more steps than ideal, and some of the data visualizations are a bit basic. Overall, a solid system that has made a noticeable positive impact on our business, but a few tweaks would make it even better.
