Streamlined Scheduling, But Room for Improvement
I was excited to try this software to manage my appointments, and for the most part, it delivers. The interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy to add and manage bookings. Client communication features are also a plus, reducing the need for back-and-forth emails. The reporting tools are helpful for tracking appointments and identifying trends. However, the mobile app could use some work; it's a bit clunky and doesn't always sync properly with the desktop version. Also, some of the customization options feel limited. Overall, it's a decent system that makes scheduling much more efficient, but it's not perfect and could benefit from some updates.
