Okay system, but needs improvement
I've been using this software for a few months now and it's adequate for basic scheduling. The interface is fairly intuitive, and getting appointments set up is straightforward enough. However, the reporting features are quite limited, and I find myself needing to export data to a spreadsheet to get any meaningful analysis. Customer support has been responsive when I've contacted them, but the solutions offered haven't always been the most efficient. There's also a noticeable lack of integration with other popular business tools which is a major drawback. Overall, it does the job, but there's definitely room for improvement. For a small business just starting out, it might suffice, but as you grow, you'll likely outgrow its capabilities.
