Major Disappointment: Waste of Money
I was incredibly excited to try this software, hoping it would streamline my scheduling process. The initial setup was fairly straightforward, but that's where the positives end. The interface is clunky and unintuitive, making even simple tasks a frustrating experience. I found myself spending more time wrestling with the program than actually scheduling appointments. Customer support was unhelpful and slow to respond, offering little assistance in resolving the numerous glitches I encountered. The features promised simply didn't work as advertised, and the overall experience was a significant time waster. I regret this purchase immensely and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It's a shame, as I had high hopes. I've now resorted to using a much simpler, free alternative that works perfectly well. This was a costly mistake.
