Significant Flaws Hamper Usability
I was really excited to try this software, hoping it would streamline my scheduling. The initial setup was relatively straightforward, but then the problems started. The interface is clunky and unintuitive; finding simple features took far too long. Several times, appointments disappeared completely from the calendar, requiring manual re-entry. The reporting features are also extremely limited, offering little useful data. Customer support was unhelpful, providing generic responses that didn't address my specific issues. While the concept is sound, the poor execution makes this software a frustrating experience. I ended up switching to a competitor after only a week. I wouldn't recommend this unless you enjoy wasting time and struggling with poor design.
