Okay scheduling, but room for improvement
I've been using this software for a few months now and it's adequate for scheduling appointments. The interface is fairly intuitive, and I appreciate the ability to send automated reminders. However, the reporting features are quite basic and lack the detail I need for effective business analysis. Customer support has been responsive when I've needed help, but the initial setup process could be streamlined. Overall, it gets the job done, but there's definitely room for more sophisticated features and a more polished user experience. I'd likely look for an alternative if more robust analytics were a higher priority.
