Okay, but needs some improvements

I was hoping for a more intuitive drag-and-drop interface. The functionality is there, and I was able to create the mega menu I needed, but the process felt clunky at times. The documentation could also use some work; I had to spend a lot of time figuring things out on my own. It's not a bad plugin, but there are definitely areas for improvement. For the price, I expected a smoother user experience. The customer support was responsive, but their solutions weren't always helpful. I'd recommend this only if you're comfortable with a bit of a learning curve.

Creating the maps themselves is straightforward enough, but some of the customization options feel clunky and poorly explained. The SVG export is good quality, but I had a few issues getting the maps to display correctly on my theme, requiring some extra CSS tweaking. Overall, it gets the job done, but it definitely feels like a tool that could use a significant update to improve its workflow and user experience. There's potential here, but it needs some polish.

The features promised simply didn't work as advertised, and the overall experience was a significant time waster. I regret this purchase immensely and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
