Shopify to WooCommerce: Disappointing Migration

I was really hoping this would make my store transition smoother. The initial import seemed okay, but then the problems started. Many product images were missing, and several product descriptions were completely garbled. Worse, some crucial customer data didn't transfer at all. I ended up spending far more time manually fixing things than I anticipated. It felt like it added more work than it saved. Honestly, I'm disappointed with the results. I would not recommend this to anyone looking for a simple, reliable migration. It's saved me some time, but at a cost of significant extra work and frustration. Maybe it works better for smaller stores, but for a store of my size, this was a major letdown.

I encountered numerous errors that weren't well-explained in the documentation, and the support I received was minimal and unhelpful. A significant portion of my product images didn't transfer correctly, and some product descriptions were completely mangled. I ended up spending far more time cleaning up the mess than I anticipated. While it technically moved my data, the quality of the transfer was unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone unless you have a very small store and plenty of technical expertise to fix the inevitable problems. Save yourself the frustration and look for a more reliable solution.
